For our standard Beef products, we use Irish Grass Fed Beef cattle from accredited herds. This meat is renowned throughout the meat industry for its flavour and texture.

 

We mainly use Forequarter Flank & Steak cuts to give the best taste & texture. More lean cuts are used in our Aberdeen Angus, Restaurant Quality & Low Fat products.

 

In the recent BSE and Foot & Mouth crises, we had no interruption of supply.
